GMKbd is a feature-rich General MIDI-compatible keyboard simulator for MS-Windows V3.1 and later versions. It can be used as a stand-alone program to play music on attached MIDI devices, or, with appropriate MIDI drivers, it can be used to send MIDI messages to other applications, such as sequencers.

As I've been notified from various people, MFCOLEUI.DLL is not part of the standard Windows installation, and GMKbd won't work without it; I've included it now.
